Amir Stark, Esquire
Amir Stark has nearly two decades of experience as a seasoned trial attorney and is licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
Amir’s background in complex litigation provides him with a unique skill-set in the family law courtroom. His reputation for intelligent, passionate advocacy and detailed preparation precedes his frequent court appearances where he represents clients in high-conflict custody trials, protection from abuse cases, and all other family law matters.
Amir grew up in the Philadelphia area but left for the mountain west to attend the University of Utah, where he obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Philosophy. After college and a brief career in the ski industry, Amir moved back to his roots on the east coast and earned a Juris Doctorate from Widener University School of Law. Amir began his legal career in class action practice but ultimately found his calling in family law.
Amir’s advocacy changes outcomes. He connects with clients at their worst time of crisis and earns trust through compassion and consistency. Amir patiently and thoroughly learns the client’s needs and helps to develop well-reasoned expectations. Through open and honest communication, a game plan materializes that Amir carries out with deft and precision.
In addition to trial advocacy, Amir has authored various appellate briefs and has argued before the Superior Court of Pennsylvania as well as having litigated Children & Youth expunction appeals before the Pennsylvania Department of Human Services.

Amir has been recognized by the bench and his peers for his work in the community and is a recipient of the prestigious Arthur B. Walsh Pro Bono Publico Award. Amir is active in participation and leadership roles at the Bucks County Bar Association, Legal Aid of Southeastern Pennsylvania and A Woman’s Place where he serves on the Board of Directors.
Outside of the courtroom, Amir and his wife are raising two wonderful young women in Bucks County. Amir is also an avid outdoorsman with a particular passion for skiing, cycling, and all things involving salt water.
