High Net Worth and Complex Financial Divorce Analysis
Timothy is certified by the Institute of Divorce Financial Analysts as a Certified Divorce Financial Analyst (CDFA®). The Institute for Divorce Financial Analysts (IDFA™) is the premier national organization dedicated to the certification, education and promotion of the use of financial professionals in the divorce arena. This certification denotes Timothy as highly proficient in the area of financial matters regarding family law.
With daily court appearances, Timothy is recognized by attorneys and judges alike as a seasoned family law trial attorney. Contributing to Timothy’s success in the courtroom is his ability to prepare clients for various potential outcomes. Throughout litigation, disputes between the parties typically evolve and often change the landscape of the court proceedings entirely. Without the appropriate preparation, these originally unanticipated alternatives can present difficult choices that are sometimes made without the luxury of time. Therefore, Timothy ensures his clients understand the issues not only as they currently exist, but also as they may present under different circumstances.
It is, however, Timothy’s approach that prior to getting involved in litigation, he uses his critical analysis skills to offer his clients as many options regarding their case as possible, allowing the client to choose between the litigation and settlement strategies that suit their specific goals. Whether it is litigation or a structured settlement agreement, Timothy guides his clients toward the strategies that most effectively bring their matters to a logical and successful conclusion. Clients commend Timothy for his thorough preparation for court and ability to dissect and explain most difficult issues at hand, making it easier and less stressful to digest and make an informed decision.
In addition to family law, Timothy has experience with various personal injury matters. He was the coauthor of an Appellate Brief to the Superior Court of Pennsylvania, in which he argued the misapplication of the Rules of Civil Procedure. The Superior Court ultimately reversed the trial court’s decision with respect to that issue. Timothy has also tried various civil matters, including eviction and partition matters.
Outside the courtroom, Timothy is a self-trained musician proficient in a variety of instruments. In addition to music, Timothy’s interests include culinary arts and classic cars. As a Philadelphia native, Timothy frequents the South Jersey shore points and enjoys international travel.
