      Daniel Maschi, Esquire

Client Review (PA Support and Divorce) – “I have accomplished my goals and I’m pleased with the settlement and I am enormously relieved to eliminate the monthly requirement of several more years of alimony payments. Thank you for your efforts, assistance, support, availability, legal oversight and attention to my goals throughout the process.” ~ L.N. See more client reviews.

Daniel Maschi is a practicing attorney licensed in Pennsylvania, whose background in real estate, wills and estate planning, and business law provides him with the unique skills and insight necessary to address many complex issues which can arise during the divorce process. Issues involving real estate, family-owned businesses, and inheritances often come up during the equitable distribution of marital assets, and therefore, having an attorney with a deep understanding of these areas is critical to getting a positive result.

Daniel was raised in Bedminster Township, located in the heart of Bucks County, and obtained his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from West Chester University. During college, Dan founded a chapter of a grass-roots non-profit dedicated to teaching students about their civil liberties, and worked for Pennsylvania State Representative Marguerite Quinn, representing Pennsylvania’s 143rd legislative district, which encompasses a large portion of Bucks County, including Doylestown.

After graduating from West Chester University, Daniel worked as a licensed real estate agent, was the recipient of multiple full scholarships, and ultimately attended Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law where he earned his Juris Doctor. As a law student, Daniel published an article for the Jeffrey S. Moorad Sports Law Journal, which is a national legal periodical published and edited by a staff of students chosen for membership based on their performance in a writing competition. Daniel’s publication analyzed antitrust issues in the sports of boxing and mixed martial arts, and his work earned him the editorial position of Managing Editor of Student Works. In addition to his editorial roles and publications, during his time at Villanova Daniel served as Vice President of the Real Estate Law Society, worked for a personal injury and family law firm, and held an internship clerking for the Honorable Thomas C. Branca of the Montgomery County Court of Common Pleas.

Before joining the team at Zlock & Grisillo, Daniel worked as a general practice attorney at a local law firm, working in the areas of real estate and zoning, wills and estate planning, business law, and family law. His wide-ranging experience allows Daniel to effectively counsel clients on a diverse array of issues that can be implicated in divorce, as well as provide the legal services necessary to plan for the future, whether it be through handling real estate, drafting a will, or forming a business entity.

On the weekends, Daniel coaches Muay Thai kickboxing and women’s self-defense classes at a local mixed martial arts academy. His experience coaching and kickboxing directly translates to how Daniel practices law, as he is capable of both guiding clients through difficult negotiations, and, if necessary, fighting in court to achieve the best result possible.

No one will fight harder for you. Kevin has been everything, and more. I am in the middle of a nasty divorce and custody battle. Kevin explained everything…my options and was able to get normal visitation, holidays, and vacations for me with my children.
